(Costume Designer) is a Charleston native. Her love and appreciation for theatre began at a young age with Charleston Stage Company. Ambernice went on to study costume design at the College of Charleston. She recently received a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Ambernice’s theatrical credits include THE LEHMAN TRILOGY, ATWATER, THE CHINESE LADY, COMPULSION: OR THE HOUSE BEHIND, SEPTIMA, HANGMEN, CLYDE’S, A HIDDEN LIFE, THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES, ANTON IN SHOW BUSINESS, FUNNYHOUSE OF A NEGRO, C.O.T.O.: CHOCOLATE ON THE OUTSIDE, WEDDING BAND, WOLF, and THE SEARCH FOR SIGNS OF INTELLIGENT LIFE IN THE UNIVERSE. Ambernice’s love for beauty and transformation flourished into a career in makeup artistry and commerce. She has gone on to work numerous industry events from fashion shows to trade shows. Her artistry techniques have been shared globally by one of the leading cosmetics companies in the industry. Her creativity and love for the fine arts has guided her back to the Carolinas where she has reconnected with her theatrical roots at PURE Theatre.
