Getting Here & Parking

PURE Theatre is located at 134 Cannon Street in the Cannon Street Arts Center. Parking is available in the MUSC QQ Lot directly next to the building for all evening and weekend performances. You may park for PURE performances 2 hours before the event start time. Look for the parking signs directing you to the parking entrance.

*If you are attending a weekday daytime performance there is street parking available on Cannon and Spring as well as several MUSC parking garages nearby.

Tickets & Checking In

PURE Theatre is a paperless ticket company. To check-in just give your last name at the box office (located directly inside the front door). We recommend having your ticket confirmation handy to help locate your seats. Our front-of-house manager and box office attendants are available in the lobby to assist you for every show, and tickets are available at the door unless we are sold out.

The theater and parking lot are both ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible. For assistance reserving accessible seats or for any questions please contact info@puretheatre.org or call 843-723-4444.

Health & Safety

Masks are currently optional. All PURE Theatre cast, staff, and crew are fully vaccinated and compliant with the most recent COVID-19 health and safety standards. We encourage all patrons to get vaccinated and stay home if you’re not feeling well so we can all stay in good health together! Options are available for exchanging tickets due to illness cancellation.

Do you offer concessions?

Our bar serves an offering of local beer, wine, sodas, and seltzers along with a selection of locally sourced snacks and sweets. Food and drink are allowed in the theater, we just ask you to be considerate of your fellow patrons as you partake.

How long is the show? Does it have an intermission?

Please refer to your pre-show email for details on the run time and intermission. Intermissions are 15 minutes long. Performances running 90 minutes or less typically do not have an intermission.

Are there any good places to eat or drink nearby?

Yes! You can park in the lot next to PURE as early as 2 hours before the show and easily walk to any of these nearby eateries:
