Set in the socially and economically oppressed South during the Great Depression of the 1930s, this is the story of a young woman’s struggle to survive as a victim of forces she does not quite comprehend, where irrational actions far outweigh common sense, and where personal struggles are only relevant to the ones suffering.
Recipient of the inaugural Denham Fellowship from the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers, May Adrales adapted and directs. Featuring Sharon Graci, Amanda Franklin Johnson, Cristy Landis, Rodney Lee Rogers, R.W. Smith, Paul Whitty & Josh Wilhoit.
